No loss but no gain
Gonna stay positive and strong.
A loss is coming. Hopefully.
Breakfast: 10 strawberries
1 cup of coffee
Lunch: 3.5 oz Steak
1.5 cups Cucumber
Dinner: Lettuce with light ranch lite
3.0 tilapia
Snack: 2 oranges
Update: So after I had a B movement...I lost a pound, but I'm not going to change today's weight because...I don't know. I don't think it counts. It's not a fat loss. So I'm keeping today's weight at 149 but I wanted to make a note of it
