R1P2 Day 15 = 146.4 (-1.4)

Squee!

Weight: 146.4
just over a pound lost. Hoping this continues and there aren't anymore stalls for a little while. I know it needs to happen...its just a downer

Breakfast: 9 strawberries
              coffee
Lunch: 100g crab
            1 cup cucumber
Dinner: homemade chicken burgers
            2 cups broccoli
Snack: ??

Crab is a poor choice to bring to school for lunch....hi stinky

Here's to continued progress!
Hoping to get some time to read up on blogs this weekend...school has my brain in zombie mode


Anyone have a suggested calorie counter website?
